About us

Our company was founded as Karadeniz Technical Engineering Office in 1988. It was renamed as Karadeniz Technical Engineering Trade and Industry Co. Ltd. in 1991. Our company has been operating in energy, electricity distribution, real estate improvement, agriculture and tourism industry under the name of KTM Group since 2005. Our company stays on its operations in Ankara (Head Office), Denizli and Tarsus

Our company conducts all services in surveying engineering, urban and regional planning, civil works, real estate investments and we provide consultancy and operating services for all projects.

Our company has operations in civil work of power plants, operating of power plants, and generating and selling electricity. Furthermore in Mersin, we completed GOK HEPP which has 10,36 MW capacity in 18 months and it produces 40,000,000 kwh electricity annually.

Our company has In-Alti Thermal Hotel in Denizli. It has 60 rooms and 120 beds and provides geothermal welness toursim services. Moreover, it actualizes production of thermal peloid,soap and shampoo. Our feasibility activities continue about increasing capacity of thermal hotel and SPA.

We are looking at 2019 as an investment year. We increase our all employers’ enthusiasm, solidarity and motivation and I have no doubt that this situation will provide remarkable successes for our company.
